Our catering is unique. Since 1983 we have been catering the same way and have added many carts and foods since our beginning. The way our catering works is you select what foods you want to serve and we cook and serve them onsite from our unique specialty Carts, decked out in red and white stripes with matching umbrellas. Not to worry, our friendly staff (vendors) will be there to cook and serve the food for you!

We are “CART” Caterers. Depending on the menu selected, the appropriate Cart(s) will be needed to Cook and Serve. You do not need One Cart for each food item. Many carts can prepare and serve multiple foods. (Call or email with questions)
